The UNIMATIC Modello Tre U3-AEB is a limited-edition meca-quartz chronograph watch designed for reliable everyday performance. Made in Italy, this 300m water-resistant chronograph features a 40mm brushed 316 stainless steel case, measuring 41.5mm with the bezel, and a 120-click mono-directional security bezel with a matte black diving insert, raised numerals and triangle. The functional aluminium color dial features a matte white subdial and Super-LumiNova® C1, with subtle debossed open seconds rail and dial trims for enhanced legibility. Built for demanding conditions, the 30atm chronograph is equipped with a 2.5mm double-domed sapphire crystal with inner-side anti-reflective coating and a distinctive “wrinkled” caseback. Powered by the Japanese VK64 meca-quartz movement, it combines precise quartz timekeeping with mechanical chronograph operation, offering ±20 seconds per month accuracy and approximately 3 years of power reserve. The UNIMATIC U3-AEB comes fitted with a black seatbelt NATO strap and includes an additional olive drab seatbelt NATO strap. Limited to 250 individually numbered pieces worldwide, this meca-quartz chronograph is delivered in a UNIMATIC tough case with a warranty card featuring a unique ID seal.

What is a chronograph watch?
A chronograph is a timepiece that combines traditional timekeeping with a precision stopwatch function.
Its integrated mechanism enables the accurate measurement of elapsed time (60minutes).
By operating the pushers, you can start, stop, and reset the chronograph seconds hand with ease.
How to use the Modello Tre chronograph function?
UNIMATIC’s Modello Tre is a mecha-quartz chronograph, offering a 300-meter water resistance.
To use your watch’s chronograph function, unscrew the two pushers by rotating them downwards until they are all the way out; press the top pusher, in order to start the stopwatch, the second hand will start moving across the dial and the left minutes subdial will move accordingly.
Pressing the top pusher again will stop the chronograph and pressing it a third time, when the chronograph is stopped, will start it once again.
If you wish to reset your chronograph back to zero, simply press the bottom pusher, and the hands will immediately return to the starting position.
It is very important to remember to always screw down the pushers whenever you are not using the chronograph function, in order to help to maintain the proved water resistance. Please be aware that the second hand is dedicated to the chronograph function, it will not move if the chronograph function is not engaged.
Are UNIMATIC watches truly professional diver tools?
Yes. Every diver is water resistant to 300m, individually pressure-tested, and built around a screw-down caseback and crown with a mono-directional safety bezel, fully rated for professional diving.

Each piece is produced in a strictly limited edition and numbered by hand on the caseback, guaranteeing its authenticity and its place within the series.
How durable are UNIMATIC watches for daily wear?
The 316L stainless steel case, double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and 360° protection system are engineered to take daily knocks in stride, from the desk to the water.
What kind of lume is used for low-light visibility?
Hands and indices are treated (unless stated) with Super-LumiNova® colours picked to match the design details, delivering a strong, long-lasting glow for clear legibility in low-light and underwater conditions. It is not radioactive and requires exposure to light (natural or artificial) to charge.
Are UNIMATIC watches water resistant?
All UNIMATIC cases are engineered to provide exceptional water resistance. Every UNIMATIC watch is individually tested to ensure a minimum water resistance of 300m (30 ATM), while selected on case modello 1 featuring our enhanced case construction are tested to withstand 600m (60 ATM).
Before exposing your watch to water, always make sure the crown and, where applicable, the pushers are fully screwed down and securely tightened. Never operate the crown or pushers while the watch is underwater.
After use in seawater, rinse the watch thoroughly with fresh water and dry it completely.Please refer to your specific model's technical specifications to confirm its certified water resistance rating.
