These terms and conditions apply to the use of unimaticwatches.com websites. By using any part of these websites, and/or placing an order or requesting a catalogue or entering a competition on either website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should note these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check the terms and conditions regularly before ordering any products or other services in case there have been any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set our below, you should not use or access this website. Your contact for purchases made through www.unimaticwatches.com or through telephone or in writing is with Caligola SRL and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use and are not for resale. We reserve the right, at any time, to discontinue or change specifications, price, designs, features, models or equipment without incurring obligation.

The prices of the products on sale on the Website include VAT and every other tax that may be applicable to the sale of products to Users who purchase from within the European Union.

For orders placed by customers from countries outside the European Union, the price displayed includes all applicable duties and local taxes. Starting from September 15, 2025, this improved service ensures that customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery, as these costs are now fully covered by the Seller. This means that customers only need to receive their order without any further steps or payments required. Please note that, in the event of a refund, the portion of the amount corresponding to duties and taxes already paid on the customer’s behalf is non-refundable.

For any order exceeding USD 2.500 customers are required to provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) for courier and customs clearance purposes.

Product prices may be subject to updates and variations. The User is required to verify the final price before submitting the relating order. In the case of a manifest clerical error affecting the price displayed on the Website – compared to the commonly known price of the chosen product – the Seller, to his sole and conclusive judgement, may not confirm the shipment and proceed with the immediate reimbursement of the amount paid by the User.

We ship from Italy. For orders delivered outside the European Union, all applicable duties and import taxes are included in the product price. Customers will not be responsible for the payment of additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are prepaid and settled by us in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. The price displayed at checkout constitutes the final amount payable by the customer.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee

Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order

We may, from time to time, as part of a promotion or for other reasons, publish offer codes e.g. money or percentages off certain of our products or the value of your shopping basket. Unless specified, these codes will solely relate to the subject of a particular promotion and are not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer, price reduction or in respect of sale, clearance, nearly new or archive items and will not apply to postage and packaging charges.
The codes will only be valid from the specified start and end date. No codes will be valid for retrospective use.

UNIMATIC digital gift cards are easy to purchase online and can be sent directly to any email address. Each card is personal, can only be used on our website, and cannot be shared once activated. Your gift card becomes active as soon as the recipient receives the email with its unique code and remains valid for two years. Gift cards can be redeemed in full or in part at checkout, and any remaining balance will be available in your account for future purchases. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the difference can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods. Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, cannot be combined with discount codes, and do not earn loyalty points. Unactivated gift cards may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Your UNIMATIC® watch is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months, from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international UNIMATIC® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased UNIMATIC® watch (defects). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty card is dated, fully and correctly completed and signed by an official UNIMATIC® dealer (valid warranty card). During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty card, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge, with the only transport and insurance costs at customer expense.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear and ageing, any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided, watch handled by non-authorized persons (for example for service or repair) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond UNIMATIC®’s control.
Under no circumstances will UNIMATIC® be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
Any further claim against UNIMATIC®, for example for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded.
The above manufacturer’s warranty is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller, for which he carries sole responsibility; does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the seller.

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Make sure item is unworn.

We will provide you with the necessary return form and book the return shipment for you. The cost of a single return is 30€ (tax included) – that is applicable regardless from the order amount or type. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are accepted if:

Items are unworn, in their original packaging with protective film.
Return all items, straps and certificates included in the order.
Include printed version of the assistance form we will provide.
Worn items will be charged a discretionary 2% restocking fee based on the value of the item.

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

We accept major credit/debit cards through Paypal, Stripe, Amazon, Apple pay, Google pay. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You confirm that the payment account that is being used is yours.

We provide standard shipping for all orders. Shipping fees are as follows:

Europe:

Orders of €75 or more: free shipping
Orders below €75: €20 shipping fee
Rest of the world:

Orders of €120 or more: free shipping
Orders below €120: €20 shipping fee

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price, and no additional action or payment is required from the customer upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

Europe: approximately 2 business days
Extra-EU destinations: approximately 2–4 business days, customs clearance permitting
For shipments to the United States, orders with a value exceeding USD 2,500 require the recipient to provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), in accordance with U.S. customs regulations.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and possible customs inspections, which may occasionally occur on international shipments.

The legal title to the goods and the risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery of the goods.

We will send you e-mail will include order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, despatch updates and other payment notifications.

We cannot be held responsible for material held on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for UNIMATIC products are those stated in our material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or, otherwise, through any other third party material.
