    CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SERIAL NUMBER?
    Unfortunately we can not track in real-time the serial number availability. When you place your order we will try to ship you the requested number, please mention it in the order note. We will happily ship you this particular serial number, but we can not promise we will succeed in doing so – because it might be already sold or taken by a previously received order.

    CAN I ASK FOR REDESIGNING OF A MODEL?
    We do not provide modification to our original reference designs, nor we endorse this kind of alteration. We believe that keeping your Unimatic unaltered is the best way to preserve its identity and collectable value for the future. We hope you can find some other reference you can be interested in the available references.


    THE WATCH I LIKED IS SOLD OUT WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
    All our watches are limited editions only, which means when there are sold out they will not be available anymore.
    We strongly advice to buy your preferred reference before it’s too late.

    CAN I PURCHASE SPARE PARTS?
    No, we don’t offer spare parts. We can service your watch in our lab. Please check with us to receive a quote on the repair.


    HOW CAN I MANUALLY WIND THE WATCH?
    There is no need to wind your Unimatic watch if it is worn daily. Moving your wrist throughout your day provides a constant and stable power source. When you take it off and set it aside it can retain its charge for up to 41 hours. To get it going, simply wind the movement manually by unscrewing the crown on position 1 and turn it clockwise 50 times. Please remember to screw the crown back down properly against the case in order to guarantee waterproofness


    WHY THE LUME IN MY WATCH DOES NOT GLOW?
    You need to expose your watch to direct sunlight or any other UV source. That would help the luminosity of the lume.
    If the watch has been is complete darkness the lume won’t work at its best.


    HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO SERVICE MY UNIMATIC WATCH?
    As Unimatic watches use mechanical hand-wound movements, they do require servicing but not as regularly as you might think. We recommend having a professional take a look every 3-5 years just to ensure your Unimatic timepiece runs smoothly and lasts a lifetime.

    HOW CAN I CHANGE THE STRAP?
    If the watch is fitted on a Nato strap you can simply slide it off and change it with another one. If the the watch is fitted on a two piece strap use a proper 1mm fork spring bar tool. We suggest using the one we provide in the Solid Steel Bracelet Kit or the Bergeon 6767-F spring bar tool.


    CAN I ORDER A WATCH BUT WITH A DIFFERENT STRAP?
    Unfortunately we do not offer strap exchange.


    REGULATING THE BRACELET LINKS
    We suggest to get the operation done in a watch repair shop with the correct tools and care. Links are screwed in securely in place to avoid them being loose due to vibrations and normal use.


    CAN THE BRACELET BE ADJUSTED ON A WATCH I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER?
    Unfortunately we do not offer bracelet adjustment.


    HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF THE LEATHER STRAP?
    Leather is a natural material and susceptible to premature wear when in contact with water, or prolonged exposure to the sun. It is also recommended to take off the watch at night so the leather can breathe. All smooth leather types, can be gently cleaned with a wet cloth. Please note that leather straps are not guaranteed and regular replacement is advised depending on wear.

  • VAT TAX


    WILL VAT BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?
    Our prices are shown without taxes. VAT will be applied to all orders dispatched within the European Union. VAT will not be added to orders shipping to destinations outside of the EU. Once you proceed to checkout and you fill out your address (country) the system will calculate the VAT accordingly. Orders not subject to VAT could be charged with import taxes and duties for that destination and will be billed separately by the courier company. Unimatic Watches will not refund any duties or taxes paid by customers if an order is cancelled and returned for refund or exchange. It is customer’s responsibility to contact the courier service directly to request any tax or duty refund for imported goods that have subsequently been returned.
